Introduce yourself

Hello, My name is Rose Darensberg. I am a past student attendee (Fayetteville State University) and current Mentor. A little about my experience; I never attended a cruise before the competition so I was nervous, I came with a team but they all had family members. I felt like I was going to be so lonely. Total opposite once I met everyone and we all just hung out together after that. My advice is to use this discussion board and log on to the Teams meetings in January to ask any questions that you have. To add, watch the videos Mrs Terri sent to get an idea of about the boat and what there is to do. Also, practice your presentation. This is an opportunity to present your research to real world professionals and get feedback so give it your all. Lastly, Congratulations to all of the teams and I am so excited to meet everyone. Feel free to ask me any questions under this post. I will answer them the best I can. If not I will find you someone who can!
